How do I return an item?

Stellarb2b supplies customers worldwide with bran-new watches, most of the time imported directly from the factory.  Our staff will always check each watch for any damages or problems, but in case of any discrepancies or factory defect, items may be returned for a prompt refund as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition.

To process a credit, the customer must contact us within 5 days from receipt of merchandise and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided.  This RMA number must be included in the package with the returned items to expedite and complete the process.  

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  A return may be accepted after a 30 day period at our discretion; however, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise.

All items must be returned with their original boxes, tags, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and warranty card.  Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Watches that have been re-sized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Once the returned item is received the full credit will be issued promptly to the customer’s account.  Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable unless the return is as a result of our error.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned items. Stellarb2b is not liable for items that are lost or damaged, so it is highly recommended that customers insure their package.
